The Milagro Center is pleased to announce the “2008 Milagro Showcase A Benefit for the STARS” to be held on Thursday June 5, 2008 at Old School Square in Delray Beach. This event is truly a milestone in Milagro history as it will become the signature event of the Center, and its primary annual fundraiser.  For the past two years we have been proud to present our Spring and Fall Showcase Performances to the community as simply an entertaining show.  Now for the first time ever the Milagro Center staff will be working together to bring to the community an evening that blends the artistic abilities of our students with an elegant strolling dinner.  Donors will be able to see firsthand what their charitable contributions support.  The Milagro Center is excited to present this unique opportunity to the South Florida community. 

Our students are fortunate to spend an entire year cultivating their individual talents.  We have a variety of professional artists who teach classes throughout the year.  Our classes include ceramics, musical performance, dance, percussion, painting, garden art, puppet mastering, and architecture design.  The 2008 Milagro Showcase benefit will combine a sampling of all of our disciplines.  The evening will include a multi-media art exhibit and a live performance followed by dinner and entertainment. 

At Milagro, we encourage FUN!!!  We believe in finding joy in all that we do!  All of our events, whether big or small, are a celebration.  No need to where a stuffy suit or uncomfortable shoes.  Folks are invited to relax and enjoy as we peer into the innocence of childhood and witness the talents of the beautiful children we serve in all their glory; celebrating the contributions that each of us make in our community!  We are positive that guests of our event will walk away from the evening with love in their hearts and a feeling of gratitude for being part of the miracle that is Milagro.
